I have been working with computers for over 12 years. I have the
experience to troubleshoot your problems and fix it right. Not only fix
it right, I fix it right the first time.
If the problem is not repairable due to hardware
failure, i.e. bad hard-drive, there are alternatives that can be
discussed.
If it is a software issue, there is almost always a
recovery option. Data can be recovered with software, programs can be
reinstalled, settings can be reset...THERE IS HOPE!!!
WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW
I love computers and even though I use them all the time I do NOT know everything and I don't pretend too. If I don't know something I will let you know. You get honest answers. I try to keep up on the newest technology but there are new developments and breakthroughs almost daily which make it impossible for anyone to keep up on everything.
